I’ll make your cake look fabulous but it’s important for it to taste even better!
All my cakes are created using quality ingredients, which is essential for a delicious flavour and texture. Each cake consists of four layers of moist sponge with three generous layers of filling. If a luxury fondant finish is chosen, this is layered over a luxurious white chocolate ganache.

Classics…
Madagascan Vanilla
Buttery vanilla sponge drenched in Madagascan vanilla syrup, layered between creamy vanilla buttercream and your choice of strawberry or raspberry conserve.
Fancy being adventurous? Try a delicious tart blackcurrant jam to offset the sweet buttercream.
Rich Triple Chocolate
A rich, deep chocolatey cake sandwiched between a light chocolate or vanilla buttercream with sticky milk chocolate ganache. This chocoholic’s dream does not disappoint.
Too sweet? Swap the chocolate ganache for sharp raspberry conserve instead.
Zesty Lemon
A moist zesty lemon sponge drenched in homemade lemon syrup, layered between fresh lemon curd and buttercream. This has to be my particular favourite.
Want to make this classic a little different? Poppyseeds add great flavour as well as a little crunch.
Luxury Fruit Cake
Brandy soaked luxury fruit cake packed with vine fruits including raisins, sultanas, cherries, cranberries as well as apricots and mixed peel. This is matured and laced with brandy and covered in marzipan for a rich traditional favourite.
Something a little different…
Lemon & Raspberry
Zesty lemon sponge laced in lemon syrup, sandwiched between layers of vanilla buttercream and alternating layers of raspberry conserve and smooth lemon curd. A winning refreshing combination.
Chocolatey Orange
Rich chocolate sponge infused with fresh orange zest, sandwiched between smooth whipped chocolate orange buttercream and chocolate ganache. This is one of my most requested flavours.
Want it slightly lighter? Try a fresh zesty orange buttercream instead.
White Chocolate & Raspberry
An indulgent white chocolate sponge, layered between a luxurious white chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve.
Cookies & Cream
Alternating layers of fudgy rich chocolate and vanilla sponge speckled with cookie pieces, sandwiched between a light Oreo buttercream.
Not chocolatey enough for you? Add a milk chocolate ganache layer for extra richness.
Spiced Carrot Cake
Lightly spiced moist carrot cake sandwiched between a light Madagascan vanilla buttercream.
Are you a fruit and nut lover? This is a personal choice and can be made with or without walnuts and sultanas.
Malted Chocolate
A comforting combination of malted chocolate sponge layered between a smooth and creamy malted buttercream, and milk chocolate ganache.
Black Forest
Bring back this winning flavour of the 80’s. A light yet rich chocolate sponge layered between smooth vanilla buttercream, a luxury black cherry conserve and dark chocolate flakes.
Sticky Toffee
Inspired by the classic pudding, a perfectly spiced sticky date sponge paired with a luxuriously smooth thick toffee sauce and finished perfectly with vanilla buttercream.
Coffee & Walnut
A fluffy coffee and walnut sponge, laced with espresso infused syrup and light creamy coffee buttercream.
Royal Lemon & Elderflower
A zesty light lemon sponge, drizzled with lemon and elderflower syrup, with elderflower infused buttercream.
Pistachio, White Chocolate & Raspberry
Decadent white chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve, sandwiched between a moist nutty pistachio sponge.
Salted Caramel Nut Crunch
A perfectly sweet caramel flavoured sponge, layered with a light caramel buttercream and delicious sticky thick salted caramel sauce, with crushed caramelised nuts.
Not a nut fan? This can be made just as a salted caramel cake without the nut crunch.
Strawberry & Prosecco
A sophisticated luxurious flavour and a firm favourite for weddings. A beautiful light Prosecco sponge laced with naturally sweet freeze-dried strawberry pieces. Moistened with Prosecco syrup, Prosecco buttercream and a fresh smooth strawberry curd.
Please note – All ingredients are kept and baked in a premises that handles nuts, wheat and dairy. Even if your chosen cake does not include that allergen, traces of it may still be possible.
